Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

"Every one of us already has the seed of mindfulness. The practice is to cultivate it" -Thich Nhat Hanh

Mindfulness consists of cultivating awareness of the mind and body and living in the here and now. It is a way to cultivate clear, stable and nonjudgmental awareness of all aspects of your life. Anyone living with stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, substance abuse or chronic pain can benefit from Mindfulness training. Individuals who are searching for a life of greater compassion, health, peace, and well-being will also find these techniques helpful.

I facilitate Mindfulness Based Groups that meet for 8 consecutive weeks for 90 minutes/week.

I also provide individual and couples therapy that introduces mindfulness techniques, including mindfulness meditation, into the therapy process.
